NEW POWER ON THE NEW YORK CROSS HARBOR. NYCHRR seen here on DEC 27,2000 using their new switcher BDLX # 2293 in the Brooklyn yard to load their barge for their trip to NJ. Unit had just been acquired a couple days ago and will be used in regular service in NY and NJ.
